The development of economic and efficient functional materials for wastewater treatment is an important prerequisite for improving the efficiency of wastewater treatment. This project is aimed at the key technical problems of functional materials and their applications that are urgently needed in the process of physicochemical treatment, biochemical treatment and advanced treatment of urban sewage / industrial wastewater in China. Through basic research-materials research and development-technical innovation-engineering applications, a series of novel Organic bentonite, biological denitrification carrier materials, polymer ultra / microfiltration membranes and other wastewater treatment functional materials and their integrated wastewater treatment technologies have broken through the key technical bottlenecks of urban sewage standard treatment / typical industrial wastewater treatment and resource utilization, and achieved Large-scale wastewater treatment engineering applications. 1. Clarified the structure-function control principle based on the stacking density, charge density between organic bentonite layers, and nano-adsorption sites on the surface of siloxane, developed a series of high-efficiency new organic bentonite, and developed the physicochemical pretreatment of refractory organic wastewater with high and medium concentration The new treatment technology expands the application of organic bentonite in wastewater treatment projects, and provides technical support for the efficient treatment of refractory organic wastewater.
2. Developed a new type of hydrophilic and magnetic porous polyurethane biological denitrification carrier material and its biologically enhanced denitrification filter technology, developed the "composite hydrolysis-biochemical treatment-biological denitrification filter" wastewater treatment integration technology, and was successfully used in towns Sewage standardization treatment and efficient treatment and resource utilization of typical industrial wastewater such as printing and dyeing, chemical industry, etc., have broken through the technical bottleneck of biodegradation of refractory organic wastewater and high ammonia nitrogen wastewater.
